Land & Water Services Ltd is looking to recruit an estimator, to be based in their offices at Appleby Magna, Derbyshire, as part of their team preparing proposals for a wide range of water-related projects nationwide.
These projects will often involve innovation, ‘green’ engineering and sustainability considerations, as well as commercial competitiveness.
The individual, who will be qualified in Civil Engineering , will not necessarily be working as an estimator currently, or may have only limited experience in that role. They will however be able to demonstrate a successful track record in management of a range of civil engineering projects, ideally some of which will be river/canal or coastal defence schemes. What is essential, for us, is an enquiring and intelligent mind that gains enjoyment from helping provide original, economic and effective solutions to answer our clients’ needs.
This is a permanent position attracting a remuneration package at least equal to the industry norm.
