Founder and Chairman of the Land & Water Group, Richard created a trout lake in his own garden and has never looked back. Richard’s core values of integrity and excellence still inform Land & Water’s work ethic and goals today.

As Managing Director and Co-Founder of the company, James is deeply involved in all aspects of the business bringing passion and drive to all projects with his unique vision and understanding of problem solving.

Adrian is a professional commercial manager with extensive experience within the construction industry. Adrian combines commercial and financial management throughout the group with a customer focus. 

As Director of the Estates team, Neil juggles designs and planning applications with constant project management and a keen eye for detail. A passionate sailor Neil is often to be found on the water talking the talk with clients.

Richard has worked at Land & Water since its inception nearly 20 years ago and has a wealth of experience in procuring and managing their diverse fleet of long reach excavators.

Bill has over 30 years experience in marine civil engineering, inland waterways, dredging and waste management. He is happy to help with any challenges that you may have and has a practical “can-do” approach to problem solving.

Jim solves problems. When the going gets tough, Jim is there to sort you out with the right equipment, in the right place, at the right time.

Chris has a strong environmental focus with a solid understanding of all the products and services Terraqua offers: bioengineering, erosion control, geotextiles and water quality issues. Chris manages the day to day sales operations of Terraqua.

Simon is responsible for the end-to-end procurement strategy across the Land & Water Group.  By working closely with key vendors, Simon aims to create an extended family of like minded suppliers who work in partnership with Land & Water for mutual benefit.

Long term Land & Water faithful, after too many job titles to remember, Lynn manages Terraqua combining her passion for the environment with cost effective solutions.

Having been with Land & Water for the last 7 years, Jayne helps to keep the Group ahead in the industry.  As Business Development Manager she is key in promoting Land & Water’s skills and services.

Johnny manages the Private Clients division of Land & Water and, as such, is involved in all aspects of designing and constructing lakes and ponds as well as maintaining water features.

Mark has been in the hire industry for almost twenty years and is very customer focused. Mark is responsible for the running of the hire operations ensuring that customers are constantly provided with exceptional levels of service. 

Wayne is a key member of the Land & Water Plant Hire team and is highly knowledgeable about the myriad of long reach excavators and related products available. Wayne knows what works best in any environment.

As the main client contact, Kerry’s responsibility to the estimators is to collate, distribute and analyse enquiries and tenders and provide all the information required during the tendering process.

Dan’s role is the strategic management of Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental systems. He ensures compliance of our accreditations as well as legislative and best practice requirements.
