The Land & Water Group are to sponsor the Area-Based Regeneration category at "The Waterways Renaissance Awards 2005"
This will be awarded to a project that has been achieved through an extensive process of strategic and master planning, design guidance and partnership working. The resulting scheme must be successfully integrated within its waterway environment and be responsive to local needs and the wider strategic context.
