Protection of the Environment is ensured through the preparation and implementation of Site Environmental Management Plans and Deployment Forms that are part of the new style single combined Mobile Treatment Licence.

Land & Water Services has three WAMITAB registered Managers all qualified to CoTC Level 4 enabling them to manage the operation of the Mobile Treament Licences for the treatment of Hazardous Sediments, Sludges and Soils.
In addition Land and Water Services hold the Environmental Management System Accreditation ISO14001.
