Sediment Sludge and Soil Treatment

In response to the Landfill Directive, Land & Water Remediation has developed a suite of treatment techniques that meet the pre-treatment criteria that will apply from July 2004.  The techniques have been developed to either prepare sediments, sludges or soils for landfilling or benficial reuse.  All treatments are applied using Mobile Treatment Plant covered by EA and SEPA Waste Management Licences.  Mobile plant enable treatments to be undertaken at the point of waste production and to maximise the opportunity for beneficial reuse or to minimise the volume of material to be transported and landfilled.
