High quality service, latest technology and up to date solutions can only be achieved with a skilled and highly trained workforce. That’s why quality training is a cornerstone of the Land & Water way.
We run specialist training programmes alongside core skills training to develop our people. We even develop unique and bespoke courses to ensure we meet every need at every point in our team’s development.
360-degree training means we are fulfilling the potential of people at every stage in their career, enabling them to bring ideas, solutions and service excellence to every project:
We pride ourselves on our ability to think creatively; to bring new ideas and a fresh approach to projects. To achieve that, twice a year we all “down tools” for a company–wide meetings which bring everyone together for an innovation ‘think tank’.
This training investment, (where everyone from site operatives though to the CEO and Chairman attend), allows us to step away from the day-to-day and focus on:
"We are proud to be the only organisation in our sector, that we are aware of, that takes this level of commitment. Our training sessions include diverse topics from mental health, aspects of health and safety, to best working practices, to team games. There is nothing that we are afraid to discuss, talk about, improve or embrace."
Land & Water Innovation Training
Specialism is encouraged where our teams have a particular skill or aptitude:
Where no accredited or recognised awarding body for our specialist processes and equipment exists, we develop, and deliver our own innovative training.
Health & Safety Courses:
Land & Water is an accredited organisation for the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS)
