In recognition of our excellent health-and-safety record, we won the coveted RoSPA President’s Award for delivering over 10 years of 'Gold A' standards of industry excellence.

We also won the prestigious Environment Agency Beyond Zero Award for our exemplary approach to continuous improvement in health and safety in the workplace.

Operationally, we achieved several industry awards for the emergency dredging works on the Somerset Levels after the 2014/15 floods. These included a Silver Considerate Contractors Award.

We are certified to and maintain the ISO 9001 quality, ISO 14001 environment and ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management standards.

We have also achieved 100% scores in the UVDB Achilles audits and CHaS certification.

In an ongoing effort of further and future improvement and development within Land & Water, we have signed up to the Conflict Avoidance Pledge which was initiated by some of the UK's leading professional bodies, that includes RICS, ICE and ICES to name a few, who together formed the Conflict Avoidance Coalition Steering Group to mitigate and reduce the costs of disputes within the industry.
